The resort is nestled in a beautiful, quiet location, offering stunning mountain views and spacious units. However, the property feels a bit dated, and the cleanliness could use improvement in some areas. It's conveniently close to both Canmore and Banff, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it's a good choice for a cozy getaway, but it does need some renovations and better maintenance.

Rooms
6.0
The unit I stayed in was roomy and provided a lovely view of the mountains, but it definitely felt dated and could benefit from a refresh. The cleanliness was decent, but some areas seemed a bit grubby.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, responding well during our stay, especially considering the challenges of recent times. However, they lacked knowledge about local activities and attractions.
Location
7.0
The resort is in a somewhat isolated area, which requires navigating a dirt road to access it, but it is close enough to Canmore and Banff for easy sightseeing. The surroundings are beautiful, making it a peaceful retreat.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, and while I appreciate that there isn’t a full kitchen, I wished there were more nearby restaurants open for dinner.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were satisfactory for my needs, but some amenities seemed outdated, and internet connectivity was hit-or-miss, which made streaming a bit frustrating.

My stay at the resort was truly delightful, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. The cabins are charming and comfortable, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, I did feel a bit restricted by some of the house rules which added unnecessary stress to our vacation. Overall, it's a lovely place, especially for outdoor enthusiasts!

The cabins provide a fantastic view of the mountains but are showing their age, needing some upgrades and repairs.

I enjoyed cooking my meals in the well-stocked kitchen, although dining options nearby were limited.

5.0/10

This resort offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a decent choice for a quiet getaway. However, there are some significant drawbacks, such as uncomfortable beds and less-than-helpful service that made our experience less enjoyable. While we appreciated the attractive scenery and the effort of most staff, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the issues we faced.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious but in need of refurbishment. The beds were quite uncomfortable, which significantly affected our stay.
Service
5.0
While most staff were polite, the service at the front desk was disappointing, especially regarding issues like deposits and maintenance requests.
Location

The resort is set in a quiet area with magnificent views, but it can be a bit remote, requiring about a 15-minute drive to reach Canmore.

Facilities

The limited amenities, such as the laundry being out of order for an extended period, were frustrating, especially given the resort fee we paid.

6.0/10

The resort is set in a beautiful, secluded area with stunning mountain views. While the spacious cabin provided a pleasant stay, there were several issues that detracted from the experience, such as outdated amenities and service problems. Overall, it felt more like a work-in-progress and could use a good amount of upkeep.

Rooms
6.0
The cabin was spacious and provided a fantastic view of the mountains. However, the decor felt old-fashioned and had a bit of a musty smell.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and quick to help when needed, but I did encounter rudeness from one of the front desk employees which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The resort is a bit isolated but offers great access to the surrounding tourist attractions. It's a short drive to Canmore, making it feel both secluded and convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited as the cabin lacked basic cooking supplies. It's understandable given that it's not a full kitchen, but it did make meal prep tricky.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the laundry room were out of order, and the overall amenities felt dated and in need of improvement.

I had an amazing time at this resort, tucked away peacefully in the forest but only a short drive from Canmore. The chalet was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The views were stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for a tranquil getaway. However, I did feel a bit overwhelmed by the strict rules and extra charges, which took away from the relaxation factor. Overall, it was excellent value for money, especially compared to other options in the area.

Rooms
9.0
The chalets were large, clean, and cozy with a great heating system. We really enjoyed the large deck and the gas BBQ.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, but could improve their knowledge about local activities.
Location
10.0
The location is serene and tucked away at the foot of Pigeon Mountain, providing a quiet mountain experience while being close to Canmore.
Dining
7.0
Dining was somewhat limited since we cooked most of our meals ourselves, but that was actually enjoyable and convenient.
Facilities
8.0
The resort has excellent amenities including a lovely pool and spa, plus a games room for the kids.
